He established HELP STUDENT INDIA with the aim of helping students of poor and deprived sections those have desire to excel and achieve something but lack recourses. He presented Success Mantra Seminars and motivational workshops in many cities throughout India to guide students to achieve excellence in their desired field. He held various high level positions in many premier educational institutions and developed reputation of a highly capable leader.
